NEW: Summer Journalism Workshop Now Enrolling Students
The Department of Journalism is proud to present its first summer workshop course offered at the City Extension.
Taught by department faculty Molly Oleson, "How the News is Made: an Introduction to Journalism” will meet on Tuesdays from 6 – 9 p.m. and run from June 23 – July 21 at Mission Center. The cost is $255.
The workshop introduces students to five different aspects of journalism: Generating story ideas, reporting and pitching; news writing; feature writing; copy editing; and multimedia storytelling.
